1. The Company
Harry Bugg Ltd is registered in England & Wales, our registered number is 1809089. Our registered office address is Malin Hill, The Lace Market, Nottingham NG1 1JQ.
2. Payment, Cancellation of Orders and Refunds
Payment is to be made in full at time of order.
For orders of 10,000 or less we will supply plastic cards or key tags for approval and the following will apply-
If a customer cancels an order before proofs are supplied there will be a cancellation charge equal to 20% of the value of the order or £150 whichever is the greater.
If a customer cancels an order once a proof has been produced they will be charged £90 for the proof. If a customer cancels an order having requested further proofs they will be charged £90 for the first proof and £45 for each additional proof. These charges are in addition to the cancellation charge.
Once proofs have been approved by a customer cancellation of the order is not possible and refunds will not be given.
If a customer waives their right to a proof cancellation of the order is not possible and refunds will not be given.
If an order is a re-print of a previous order proofs will not be produced and cancellation of the order is not possible and refunds will not be given.
For orders of more than 10,000 cards or key tags we will supply a pdf proof for approval and the following will apply-
If a customer cancels an order before proofs are supplied there will be a cancellation charge equal to 20% of the value of the order. If the order is cancelled after the proofs have been supplied but prior to approval there will be a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the value of the order. Once proofs have been approved by a customer cancellation of the order is not possible and refunds will not be given.
If an order is a re-print of a previous order proofs will not be produced and cancellation of the order is not possible and refunds will not be given.
3. Re-prints
We do endeavour to match previous colours as much as possible, however, due to the print processes used an exact colour match to those of previous orders is not possible.
4. Customer Supplied Data
It is the responsibility of the customer to check that the data they supply to us is correct as we do not check data supplied for use when personalising cards or key tags
5. Proofs
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the proofs we supply. If a customer waives a proof we accept no responsibility whatsoever for the outcome.
If the proofs have bar codes or magnetic stripes it is the customer’s responsibility to check that these work correctly with their computer systems.
6. Barcodes and Numbering
On order quantities of 10,000 or less barcodes and numbering will be added before the cards or key tags are laminated.
For orders of other quantities barcodes and numbering will be added after the cards or key tags are laminated.
7. Delivery
Our delivery charges are for a single delivery to a UK mainland address. It is the customer’s responsibility to supply an accurate delivery address, including postcode at the time of order. Failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.
Advice of damage or non-delivery should be made to us within 3 working days of the actual delivery date and confirmed in writing within a further 4 working days.
8. Lead Times
The lead times quoted on the website apply to order quantities of 10,000 or less and we make every effort to meet the lead times quoted, however lead times can not be guaranteed.
The lead times for quantities of more than 10,000 cards or key tags will be shown on the quotation we send to you.
Orders, payments and proofs received after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
9. VAT
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
10. Warranties
We do not provide any warranties or guarantees of any kind relating to the suitability of our products for a particular purpose. Nor do we not accept any liability in respect of any unsatisfactory quality or poor performance as a result of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. We do not accept any liability for any indirect costs, consequential damages, loss of profits, goodwill or data associated with the performance of our products or resulting from delays in delivery.
11. Copyright
It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain any permissions needed to reproduce any images it supplies to us and the customer shall indemnify us against any third party claims associated with the use of those images.
